104.8
So, it's been kind of a crazy week at the Weight household -- Esther got sick, and had a really high temperature 3 days running, one night hitting 104.8. Thankfully, my father's a doctor... otherwise we'd have gone to the E.R. at 2 am. Now, she is doing better, I am very relieved and happy to say. She has broken out in a rash, and most likely had rosella virus or 'sixth disease'.

Anika had roseola and I wish I had known what it was before. We finally took her in after a couple days of high high fever for a whole bunch of pointless pokes and prods and crying and money gone. The office didn't even think about roseola. I called her regular office when it opened Monday as the Dr suggested and the nurse immediately suggested roseola.
It is so sad when kids are sick!
