I didn't even know she knew this word in context, because other than scripture reading, I don't know if she's heard it much... but proof that kids pick up on stuff -- Esther was being whiney because she's not slept well.
Amy, walking behind her says: "Do you want to repent, or go to your room?"
While trying to figure out what's for lunch:
"Amy, should we make grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch?"
Amy: "Let's make some boy ones instead."
