1/2 cup butter
2 onions chopped
4 stalks celery
1 carrot chopped small
Sautee veggies, but let carrots and celery still be crispy.
1/2 cup rice
1/3 cup barley
1/3 cup millet
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat
1/4 cup rye
Boil in 2 cups water till water disappears.
Ryan likes it better if rice is cooked before hand.
1 cup water with 4 chicken or beef boulion cubes
1 cup shredded cheese
1 small cans of mushrooms
1/2-1 cup chopped almonds
Bake in oven at 325 for 30 minutes, stir occasionally so that the top of the mixture doesn't dry out. It's tasty stuff. We like it.
